Gluten-Free Catering From a Fully Gluten-Free Kitchen
Most caterers offer a gluten-free option. At Sinq, everything is gluten-free, because no wheat flour or gluten ingredients ever come into our kitchen. Your coeliac and gluten-intolerant guests can eat anything on the table, and so can everyone else.
Nobody Has to Be the Exception
When gluten-free is a side option, the guest with coeliac disease often ends up with a small plate and a lot of questions. When the whole kitchen is gluten-free, they can relax and eat like everyone else.
Our injera is made from 100% teff flour and water. Our stews and sauces are made from scratch, and we never use wheat as a filler or thickener. We are working towards formal coeliac certification, so if anyone at your event has a severe allergy, tell us when you enquire and we will talk you through exactly how we cook.

Sinq Catering Box, from $22 per head + GST
One box per guest: a bowl of four stews (vegan, vegetarian, or meat and vegetable), a house-made samosa and a Sinq house drink. Easy to eat with a fork.
Shared Injera Feast, from $35 per head + GST
Generous platters on fresh 100% teff injera with vegan stews, your choice of meat dishes, tomato salad and awaze. Made for sharing.

More Than Gluten-Free
Our food is also free of refined sugar, and every package includes vegan dishes. Our beef is grass-fed, our broths are simmered in house, and our spices are roasted in our own kitchen. It is honest food that happens to suit almost every diet.
Questions We Often Get
Is all of your food gluten-free?
Yes. Our kitchen uses no wheat flour or gluten-containing ingredients, and our injera is 100% teff.
Can you cater for other allergies?
Tell us about every allergy when you enquire. We will be honest about what we can and cannot do, and plan the menu around your guests.
How much notice do you need?
At least 24 hours, with a minimum of 10 guests. For large events, the earlier the better.
Where do you deliver?
Across Melbourne. Delivery is included in your quote and depends on your location.
